This is a great recipe for a quick, easy, and super flavorful meal.
What you’ll need:
- Halibut
- Broccoli
- Lemon zest
- Lemon juice
- Seasonings:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Minced garlic
- Butter
- Coconut Oil
What you’ll do:
- For the Halibut –
- Heat a sauté pan on medium heat with a butter and coconut oil.
- Pat the fish dry with a paper towel.
- Season with salt and pepper on both sides and place in the pan.
- Sear for about 2 -3 minutes on each side.
- Add fresh lemon juice, lemon zest and remove from pan.
- For the Broccoli –
- Heat a sauté pan on medium heat with a butter and coconut oil.
- Sauté the broccoli until it turns bright green and season it with salt, pepper, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Stir everything together and serve.
- And just like that, you have a super easy and deliciously healthy meal.
