This is a great recipe for a quick, easy, and super flavorful meal.

What you’ll need:

  • Halibut
  • Broccoli
  • Lemon zest
  • Lemon juice
  • Seasonings:
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Minced garlic
  • Butter
  • Coconut Oil

What you’ll do:

  • For the Halibut –
    1. Heat a sauté pan on medium heat with a butter and coconut oil.
    2. Pat the fish dry with a paper towel.
    3. Season with salt and pepper on both sides and place in the pan.
    4. Sear for about 2 -3 minutes on each side.
    5. Add fresh lemon juice, lemon zest and remove from pan.
  • For the Broccoli –
    • Heat a sauté pan on medium heat with a butter and coconut oil.
    • Sauté the broccoli until it turns bright green and season it with salt, pepper, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
    • Stir everything together and serve.
