This quick and delicious recipe for lemon and white wine shrimp is ALWAYS a crowd pleaser. 😉 It requires a small ingredient list and can come together in a matter of 15 minutes or less. The flavors are bold, clean, and reminds me of shrimp scampi but better for ya!
What you’ll need:
- Shrimp
- Parsley
- Lemon juice and zest
- White wine
- Minced garlic
- Seasonings:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Old Bay
- Butter
- Olive Oil
What you’ll do:
- Pat shrimp dry & sauté shrimp in a little butter & olive oil
- Add fresh garlic, salt, pepper, Old Bay, etc. to the pan to season the shrimp
- Deglaze the pan with some leftover white wine (if ya have some 😉) & stir
- Finish it off with some fresh lemon 🍋 juice and zest (optional), and a heaping handful of parsley
- Taste & enjoy! 😛
