This quick and delicious recipe for lemon and white wine shrimp is ALWAYS a crowd pleaser. 😉 It requires a small ingredient list and can come together in a matter of 15 minutes or less. The flavors are bold, clean, and reminds me of shrimp scampi but better for ya!

What you’ll need:

  • Shrimp
  • Parsley
  • Lemon juice and zest
  • White wine
  • Minced garlic
  • Seasonings:
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Old Bay
  • Butter
  • Olive Oil

What you’ll do:

  1. Pat shrimp dry & sauté shrimp in a little butter & olive oil
  2. Add fresh garlic, salt, pepper, Old Bay, etc. to the pan to season the shrimp
  3. Deglaze the pan with some leftover white wine (if ya have some 😉) & stir
  4. Finish it off with some fresh lemon 🍋 juice and zest (optional), and a heaping handful of parsley
  5. Taste & enjoy! 😛
