I love a super quick and easy breakfast that leaves me feeling me full energized instead of full and heavy! If I’m in turbo mode I can make this breakfast and be out of the door  in 7 minutes . If I’m in slo-mo mode I can make this and STILL be out of the door in 15 minutes! Regardless, this breakfast is so satisfying and packed with a ton of nutrients. Feel free to change up the toppings to your liking and give it a try! 😉

What you’ll need:

  • Sliced banana
  • Whole wheat bagel
  • Almond or peanut butter
  • Chia seeds
  • Honey

What you’ll do:

  • Toast the whole wheat bagel
  • Spread almond butter on toasted bagel
  • Place the sliced banana over the almond butter
  • Top with honey and chia seeds and enjoy!
